In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we have a simple returns procedure for you. Return the item to us along with the completed returns form inside, and send back to our address provided below. All items must be unused and in a fit condition for resale. If you return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, or which has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and original condition. Please note all Books & DVDs have a no return policy unless faulty.

Genuinely faulty goods will be credited in full for the item and including return P&P. Returns cannot be considered after 30 days from date of purchase. You will be credited for the purchase price excluding any carriage costs for any item which is not faulty. Please note: our free post returns label is only valid for UK orders.

When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, and we strongly recommend you send it recorded post if the value of the item is high. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by us or for a faulty item, we will pay for the cost of postage for the returned item(s). All your order details are available on your invoice which should be emailed to you at time of purchase. If a product is sold with warranty please keep a copy of the invoice as this is your proof of purchase. Warranty, where not otherwise stated, covers the product when faulty only. On receipt of the product, it will be reviewed by our Customer Service Dept. and either repaired or replaced if deemed to be faulty.
