In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we have a simple returns procedure for you. Contact us within 30 days, giving details of the product and when purchased. All items must be unused and in a fit condition for resale.
If you return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, or which has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and original condition you received it. Please note all Books & DVDs have a no return policy unless faulty.
Genuinely faulty goods will be credited in full for the item and including return P&P. Returns cannot be considered after 30 days from date of purchase. You will be credited for the purchase price excluding any carriage costs for any item which is not faulty.
We believe in customer confidence. We work hard to achieve our high ratio of return sales. Therefore we guarantee your satisfaction or your money back.
When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please feel free to use our Free post returns label if returning from the UK, this is included on the returns form. If the items are of more value than £60 we do recommend using a Recorded service instead of the free post label. If the item is large in dimensions and weight, your local Post Office may require you to pay for a tracked service.
If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by us or for a faulty item, we will pay for the cost of postage for the returned item(s).

If a product is sold with warranty please keep a copy of the invoice as this is your proof of purchase. Warranty, where not otherwise stated, covers the product when faulty only. On receipt of the product, it will be reviewed by our Customer Service Dept. and either repaired or replaced if deemed to be faulty.
