About Pet and Country
Pet & Country, part of the Seacoya Group, is a unique country fashion and pet lifestyle department store located in Ballymoney, Northern Ireland, as well as online at petandcountrystore.com where we ship our products worldwide.
The company, founded in 2014, started with a physical store in Ballymoney which included a pet-friendly café and subsequently launched a successful online store in 2015. We have since celebrated the opening of a new physical store following a move to larger premises on Main Street, Ballymoney in October 2019.
The new and improved Pet & Country is a sanctuary for pets and their owners. The store offers high-quality clothing for the whole family inspired by the great outdoors and features brands from Joules & Barbour to Lighthouse, a local Northern Irish brand. There is also a selection of footwear from Hunter, Sorel, and Bogs.
For pets, we have an extensive range of fashionable collars, harness and leads to suit every dog from leading brand Rogz and Urban Pup! We also stock Whimzee’s healthy treats that your dog will love, as well as a huge variety of pet toys, shampoos and dog food. Our selection of pet products is hard to beat.

Our 41,000 square foot warehouse, means that in most cases your item will be in stock. We aim to ship your order either on the same day, or on the next working day after we receive it. Every order is a priority order! Our whole order process is designed to get your order out the door and on its way to you in the shortest possible time so you aren’t left waiting. We aim to dispatch every in-stock order placed before 12pm that day (Mon-Fri). Once we have done our bit, we hand your parcel over to our delivery partners and they do the rest. Please note we are based in the UK.

Whether it’s a late delivery, a damaged parcel, a broken product or if you want to have your order exchanged or refunded, we’ll be there to make it a very easy process. 30 Day Returns
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please follow our simple returns procedure. Contact us within 30 days, giving details of the product and when purchased. All items must be unused and in a fit condition for resale.
