Our 41,000 square foot warehouse, means that in most cases your item will be in stock. We aim to ship your order either on the same day, or on the next working day after we receive it. Every order is a priority order! Our whole order process is designed to get your order out the door and on its way to you in the shortest possible time so you aren’t left waiting. We aim to dispatch every in-stock order placed before 12pm that day (Mon-Fri). Once we have done our bit we hand your parcel over to our delivery partners and they do the rest.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please follow our simple returns procedure. Contact us within 30 days, giving details of the product and when purchased. All items must be unused and in a fit condition for resale.
